Thirty years, unbroken

1. 1996It starts. September 1996.
2. 1997–2008Voice on the Net. The VoIP industry conference. More than 5,000 people twice a year in the US, sold-out floors in San Jose and Boston with over 350 exhibitors, and VON Europe in Sweden, Finland, Norway and the UK.
3. 2006–2020Breakfast networking events. Run alongside everything else for fourteen years, right up to the pandemic. I would still host one given the chance.
4. 2009–2016#140conf. The industry conference for Twitter, covering social media, staged around the world.
5. 2015How We Communicate.
6. 2016–2018Monage. Messaging on the Net.
7. 2020–2022VON3, online only, through the pandemic. When rooms were not possible, the gathering moved.
8. 2023The VON brand is brought back to life.
9. 2026Voice and Conversations on the Net. Atlanta, October 13 to 15.
